About The Position
Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related operations roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Economics Direct procurement or supply chain experience within a life sciences, medical device, or biotechnology organization Experience working on cross-functional project teams with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools such as Oracle, SAP, QAD, or similar manufacturing software (10x currently uses Oracle for P2P management)
