Acts as a work and thought leader, providing guidance and training to junior buyers within non-production department. Oversees non-production sourcing activities for clients in areas such as IT, Sales & Marketing, and other functions as needed. Develops sourcing strategies, conducts major negotiations, and non-routine activities for U.S. operations. Locates and develops suppliers that can meet current and future non-production needs. Coordinates with other departments to solve supply problems.
