About The Position

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies while maintaining quality and supplier relationships. Develop and implement purchasing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and collaborate with various departments to meet production needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in procurement, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing or high-volume assembly environment.
Computer and system skills: proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required, and ERP software is preferred.
Communication and Analytical skills: Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Compliance with Industry regulations and Monogram requirements

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
NAPM or APICS certification is preferred.
Presentation skills preferred.

Train new buyers.
