As a Senior Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing omnichannel category growth strategies for higher volume and/or complex categories at Sally Beauty Holdings. This position is responsible for driving category performance, maximizing sales and profitability, and expanding market share through strategic product assortment, vendor partnerships, and effective merchandising execution. You will lead end-to-end category management, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotional execution, and lifecycle management. The role also includes developing high-performing teams, fostering vendor collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence across all merchandising processes.
