In this strategic technical leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling enterprise business systems across various platforms. Your work will directly influence the organization’s operational efficiency and data integrity, while you collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with evolving business needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years in business systems, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Proven track record of implementing cross-system improvements.
  • Experience in owning system design for a company or large program.
  • Strong project and task management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL Query experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate end-to-end workflows across ERP, EPM, CRM, CMS platforms to identify automation opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholder leaders to align systems with business priorities.
  • Redesign and standardize processes to enhance accuracy and improve end-user experience.
  • Lead planning, testing, and deployment of new features while ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Manage change management documentation and provide standardized training.
  • Prioritize enhancement requests based on strategic value and data-driven impact.
  • Oversee data integrations and monitor daily data flows for proactive issue resolution.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex system issues, coordinating resolution efforts.
  • Lead application releases, validations, and troubleshooting.
  • Transform SOX compliance requirements into efficient and cost-effective tech solutions.
