The Senior Business Systems Analyst in ITS plays the lead role in the ongoing operations and in the design, development, associated security, documentation, and maintenance of dozens of applications in the shared ITS instance of the Slate CRM. The individual partners with stakeholders across dozens of campus departments to ensure stable, secure, and appropriate Slate solutions. The individual provides technical expertise and leads the support for the graduate admissions offices' instances of Slate, coordinating regular meetings to share knowledge, recommend best practices, and troubleshoot issues. The role also includes the development of technical documentation for projects in Slate. The position reports to the Director of CRM and ERP Operations and Implementations. As a member of the ITS team, the individual will collaborate and assist other members of the department as needed to help Brandeis achieve its technology-related goals. This is a hybrid role and will require some work at our Waltham, MA campus.
