If you are a proactive, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to connect with you.

  • Experience with third-party GTM tools, such as: HubSpot, DocuSign, Looker, Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate business processes clearly to technical teams.
  • Perform effective requirements gathering, documentation, and validation with stakeholders.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis to evaluate solution alignment with business needs.
  • Create clear, comprehensive process flows and system diagrams.
  • Develop detailed test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for large-scale system changes.

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Familiarity with RevOps principles and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to understand pain points, uncover business needs, and translate objectives into thoughtful systems solutions.
  • Own the GTM systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of business systems projects—scoping, planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, LeanData, HubSpot, and other integrated tools.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend scalable, automated solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with platform administrators and developers to evaluate build-vs-buy options and execute high-quality implementations.
  • Oversee support operations, triaging issues, prioritizing backlog items, and assigning resolution tasks.
  • Lead change management efforts including documentation, stakeholder communication, and enablement for new features or enhancements.
  • Exercise independent judgment on complex projects or initiatives with limited guidance, defining success criteria and delivering measurable outcomes.
