About The Position

The SAP SD Business Systems Analyst is responsible for architecting and enabling capabilities within the Order to Cash business process area, focusing on the implementation of Software and Services products within SAP SD. This role involves requirements gathering, process evaluation, system design, prototyping, configuration, and testing to ensure effective solutions are developed and implemented.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 7+ years of SD implementation experience.
• Deep experience in enabling Software/Services Order-To-Cash process.
• Experience with order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, customer returns, and billing.
• Previous experience with sales master data and revenue recognition.
• Demonstrable ability to prioritize information and processes logically and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proactive in offering expertise and support in other areas within the Order to Cash Process/systems.
• Experience in integrating SAP with Cloud systems like SFDC and entitlement management systems.
• Exposure to multiple middleware system architectures (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Experience with subscription billing products like SAP RAR, BRIM, or Zuora.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design solutions within the SAP ECC - SD.
• Develop blueprint and scope documents for projects, continuous improvements, and bugs.
• Act as the main contact between IT, business users, and technical teams to enable the OTC business process.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with project partners and end users.
• Build functional specifications to align design and requirements.
• Create testing plans for unit, end-to-end integration, and regression testing.
• Communicate and facilitate interactions with SAP support.
• Prepare business process procedure documentation to support system changes.
• Build and execute reports in ECC, APO, and SAP Bex/Business Object.
