We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead Oracle Cloud ERP Record-to-Report (R2R) projects, enabling process improvements and delivering scalable, best-in-class solutions. This role will focus on end-to-end project execution — from discovery and design through deployment and enablement — while closely partnering with operational support teams to ensure ongoing alignment, feedback integration, and enhancements that strengthen financial systems and processes. As a trusted advisor and project leader, you will collaborate across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Systems teams, driving innovation in Oracle R2R and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
