About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our IT–GTM (Go-To-Market) Application Services organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and delivering solutions that power Pure Storage’s Sales, Pricing, Renewal, and Subscription operations. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, GTM Systems & Solutions, you will serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders and a key contributor to the evolution of our CPQ and Pricing Services ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology execution.

Requirements

  • Strong functional background as a consultant or analyst with hands-on experience in CPQ platforms, Pricing Strategy, and Pricing Operations.
  • Deep understanding of Pricing Optimization strategies, discounting models, and Pricing Analytics with the ability to translate insights into system capabilities.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, demonstrating a track record of earning and maintaining trust with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role) within an IT or technology-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools to validate requirements, support solution design, and drive insights.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week to foster stronger team collaboration and alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable systems that enable Pricing Management, Pricing Optimization, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) capabilities to streamline sales motions and improve deal velocity.
  • Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional designs and scalable solutions that directly support Pure Storage’s Sales, Renewal, and Subscription operations.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Monetization Operations, and Product Management to define and execute the IT and Business roadmap. Ensure initiatives are delivered against clearly defined SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
  • Build strong rapport and credibility across business, operational, and technical teams. Drive alignment by fostering trust and ensuring seamless communication across GTM and supporting organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, using a consultative approach to improve collaboration, identify process inefficiencies, and drive adoption of technology solutions that scale with business growth.
