Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 7+ years of experience with discovery, documentation, and validation of business needs
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in print fulfillment, document management, or transactional output services
  • 5+ years of experience with writing user stories and supporting backlog grooming
  • 3+ years of experience with print trail orchestration, email delivery, and print related vendor workflows
  • 3+ years of experience with defining test scenarios, supporting UAT, and analyzing defects

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
  • Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for the migration print trails across print vendors
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and vendor teams to define functional and non-functional requirements for document composition, print, and eDelivery systems
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and validate that proposed solutions meet business goals and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Support modernization efforts by defining requirements for transitioning from legacy platforms to strategic tools
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements in document generation, testing, and reporting workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline document lifecycle processes and reduce operational overhead
  • Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Document business processes, system flows, and user stories; support test case development and defect triage
  • Define and support quality assurance processes for print and eDelivery systems, including SLA tracking, audit readiness, and data integrity checks
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise security protocols and regulatory standards throughout the transition
