About The Position
The Senior Business Product Manager, Content Review drives the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of Content Review products. Partnering with the Business Product Owner, Executive Director - Content Suite Lead, and Technical Product Manager, this role will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, gathering user insights, and driving feature rollouts. Content capabilities are a key area of focus and investment for the organization, and the ideal candidate is an innovative leader that will drive advancement across content review systems, processes, and policies - including driving automation of MLR (PRC/MRT) review workflows and operational improvements in efficiency, quality, and compliance.
