A Day in the Life Familiar with NPI / PDP process As a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives that improve key business processes across our Danvers site. This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution, and where your work directly supports the delivery of life-saving medical technologies. In this role, you will lead and support complex, cross-functional projects that enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a key connector across teams—ensuring alignment, visibility, and successful execution from project initiation through delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience working within medical device industry
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a manufacturing or regulated environment (e.g., medical device, pharma)
  • Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to manufacturing
  • Strong project management skills (Agile, PMP, or equivalent methodologies preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects tied to key business processes
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Serve as a liaison between project management, project teams, planning functions, and line management
  • Monitor projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Review project status, budgets, and schedules; proactively identify risks and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Assess project challenges and develop effective resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Establish and implement mechanisms to monitor project progress and performance
  • Drive problem-solving and intervention strategies in collaboration with project managers, functional leaders, and stakeholders
