About The Position

Senior Business Process Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK! Position Responsibilities: Leads cross functional team of floor focals at the OKC Site. Prepare day 1 metrics monthly. Provide floor focals OKC Starts data. Leads site integration bi-weekly meetings to ensure site events are maximized in attendance and de-conflict activities. OKC Site culture and engagement activities planning. (Family Day, I Heart OKC, Employee Appreciation Events) New employee orientation facilitation and planning. Data calls and MS PowerPoint preparation for weekly site level meetings. Attend weekly Gemba/safety walks and tracking. Check site group mailboxes and coordinate with appropriate stakeholder. Ensure employees receive timely response. Administer recognition tickets as directed by site leadership. Data call for Boeing Values recognition. Coordination with managers for employee site level recognition. Build relationships and work with cross functional groups across the OKC Site (Site security, government security, Facilities, EHS, HR, IT, BGE, Gov Ops, program leaders) Write material for site level business process guides. Support Convergence Tower Boeing location as needed. Serve as back-up for site integration TV slides and basic website updates. Analyze survey results and support implementation of approved site amenities.

Requirements

• Strong presentation skills to executive level audience
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• 3+ years of experience with project management
• 3+ years of experience with internal employee communications
• 3+ years of experience with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Smartsheet experience
