At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position. Job Summary This position supports the DEV-Operations Support Safety team. This posting is for one (1) position which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Job duties include, but are not limited to:Works independently with business unit management to prepare, analyze, and present safety performance metrics for multiple business areas.Analyze and interpret safety data to identify trends, risks, and improvement strategies.Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.Calculate and report key safety metrics, support the development of strategic safety initiatives and milestone reporting.Develops programs and implements automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies.Develops interactive dashboards and visualizations for leadership reporting. Create weekly and monthly safety performance updates.Provides assistance and leadership to co-workers.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of relevant directly related work experience
  • Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
  • Effective analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, trend analysis and predictive analytics.
