Why this role is important: Ivanti’s Business Process Operations team owns and evolves the systems and processes that enable effective revenue execution. As our Salesforce ecosystem continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to take ownership of Salesforce‑enabled revenue systems, with a strong emphasis on CPQ and core Sales Cloud capabilities. This is an individual contributor role focused on go‑to‑market platforms, workflows, and system behavior. It is designed for an experienced Revenue Operations professional who understands how systems, data, and process design enable scalable, well‑governed revenue execution, including how business processes translate into effective use of existing CRM capabilities and potential enhancements. The Business Process Operations team has resources spread across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, primarily remote‑based employees, to ensure follow‑the‑sun coverage. The role requires flexibility in working hours to maximize interactions with global stakeholders. Very sporadically, weekend coverage may be required when supporting larger system changes and is compensated by time off in lieu.
