Come join Intuit as a Marketing Manager! In this role, you will oversee the media billing process from end-to-end, including PO creation, billing, invoicing, reporting, margin management, and revenue recognition support. You will partner with Sales, Ad Ops, Revenue Accounting, BU Finance, and FP&A to assess, improve, and streamline MediaLabs financial processes while maintaining SOX compliance. Additionally, you will onboard new clients through the Database Management Platform (QuickBase) and ensure all operational processes and requirements are met, including client-screening, IO execution, and corresponding PO creation. You will actively manage and monitor all platform and client activity across Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). Furthermore, you will work with Ad Operations to gather comprehensive impression delivery data to accurately track Ad Sales revenue in accordance with internal procedures used during Month End (M/E) accrual and Monthly Client Billing/Invoicing processes. You will prepare evidence files and submit manual invoice requests at Month End for clients and ensure purchase orders are in place for ad platform partners. Lastly, you will assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies by supplying instruction and support to media buyers and vendors.
