About The Position
The Nirvana Non-fleet Program is our 'startup within a startup', launched in Dec. '23 to serve small trucking fleets and owner-operators. This segment presents a massive opportunity for Nirvana, and we're excited to add a Senior Business Operations Manager to help drive the continued growth of the Program by leading a variety of initiatives alongside a world-class team that is growing a modern commercial insurance product from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Non-fleet GM, you will partner with teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development and Underwriting to drive strategy and create the frameworks and processes that enable the Non-fleet Program to scale successfully. This is not just a strategy role though - you will be responsible for executing a variety of projects and initiatives and that will drive a direct, tangible impact on Nirvana’s business results.
