About The Position

At ServiceNow, we drive operational excellence through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and exceptional cross-functional execution. As a Renewal Operations Manager supporting AMS Geo, you will partner closely with VP and AVP-level stakeholders to accelerate business outcomes, shape strategy, and operationalize performance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 10+ years of proven experience of Operations in a software sales organization
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a highly collaborative environment while managing multiple competing priorities
  • An understanding of how to scope work to ensure execution by desired timelines
  • Experience building trusted relationships and influencing others
  • Aptitude for taking on new challenges and comfortable handling ambiguity
  • Curious and comfortable with analyzing large sets of data and producing Executive Summary with Insights
  • Have been in a role supporting sellers up to the Executive Leadership level
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
  • Team player with a positive attitude ready to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Willing to ask for help when necessary and bring in the proper resources to achieve results
  • Experience with a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Expert in PPT, Excel and Power BI

  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • Master’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal Business Partners with meaningful and actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks in the form of regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Lead annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and organizations to define, implement, and refine annual and ongoing planning processes
  • Provide Renewal Sales Leaders’ forecast and information to track Monthly/Quarterly projections
  • Develop and evolve key performance indicators to help drive sales revenue and projections
  • Drive operational excellence that helps Renewal Sales team achieve goals
  • Identify and drive process reporting enhancements
  • Collaborate with offshore team to align on reporting and analytics needs of Business Partners and Renewal Sales team
  • Familiarity with sales hierarchies and territory mapping
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities in support of sales finance and operations
