About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead our Quality, Operations and Execution (QO&E) Business Operations team. This position can be located at one of the following locations: Seattle (WA) or Plano (TX). In this high visibility role, you will serve as the primary business support interface with Executive Leadership, driving business execution and capability enhancement through efficient and agile operations. As the Senior Manager for the Business Operations team, you will leverage knowledge and expertise to transform the operating model through systems, tools and processes. Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, peers and your team will be essential to success. You will also partner with key stakeholders to manage and support special projects targeted at enhancing operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape process and/or strategy
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
  • 5+ years of experience directly supporting and improving operational health & performance of a program and/or organization
  • 5+ years of experience building a team and developing employees

  • Lead the development and integration of business plans, strategies, processes, and performance metrics.

  • Translate data into actionable insights using digital tools to track performance, commitments, and priorities.
  • Coach and develop leaders and team members.
  • Drive improvements in operational health through disciplined management systems and risk mitigation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and business transformation efforts.
