About The Position

The Senior Business Operations Analyst for Retail Product at DISH is responsible for leading user story mapping and collaborating with stakeholders to document detailed functional requirements. This role focuses on transforming business and product requirements into user-focused stories, defining testable goals, and developing end-to-end user experiences. The analyst will work closely with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT systems, especially within mobile operator and e-commerce platforms, with preferred exposure to the wireless industry.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in English.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation.
  • Proven experience in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Skilled in collaborating with product managers and owners to understand product development and consumer market products/services.
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and time management skills.
  • Capable of managing tasks in a rapidly changing environment, with creativity and resourcefulness to advocate for business needs.

  • Work with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to refine and validate requirements, aligning with customer personas and technical needs.
  • Maintain updated requirement artifacts and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
