About The Position

Strategic Alignment & Execution Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to drive strategic planning and execution Ensure alignment of priorities across cross-functional teams and business units. Operational Excellence Lead and manage business rhythms including leadership reviews, all-hands, and planning cycles. Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key priorities. Leadership Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership, enabling clarity and focus on risk mitigation and secure design principles. Manage executive communications and change management for programs. Organizational Health Support culture and inclusion efforts, fostering a high-performing organization. Coordinate with Finance, HR, and other support functions to ensure operational efficiency, including headcount planning and resource allocation for all programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
  • These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.
  • Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance
  • Proven experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or strategic operations roles within technical or product organizations.
  • Deep understanding of engineering and product development processes.
  • Exceptional collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment.
  • Experience with strategic planning, business operations, and executive communications.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and building inclusive teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in business administration or a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Cybersecurity).
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
