The Teams Engineering organization is hiring a Senior Business Manager to be a thoughtful partner and operational driver reporting to the Chief of Staff, supporting the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and their broader leadership team. Our org is responsible for building foundational experiences and technology for Microsoft Teams across Enterprise and Consumer. Microsoft Teams is the fastest growing enterprise application in the history of Microsoft. The Senior Business Manager will drive critical work across operations (budget, headcount), rhythm of the business (product reviews, planning and key initiatives (culture, how we work). The right candidate is someone who can lead effectively across a broad scope of work for a large and fast-paced multi-discipline organization. Key to this role is the ability to operate with the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, inclusivity, and trust. This role will partner across many stakeholders for Teams Core deliverables and requires someone who is a team player, a self-starter, and adaptable to jumping in to solve issues and drive solutions across the business especially when competing priorities arise. This role will report to the Chief of Staff in support of a multi-disciplinary team across Engineering, Program/Product Management, Data Science, and Applied Science.
