Requirements

  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN
  • A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 8 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of three years experience in a Business/Finance/Supply Chain related role
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial and business management activities supporting a major program or product area.
  • Integrate data and insights across functions including Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Master Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage both short- and long-term financial performance, including contract orders, sales, profit, cash flow, capital expenditures, and overhead costs.
  • Oversee earned value management, program budgets, and performance reporting (including Estimates at Completion).
  • Assess and communicate program risks, issues, and opportunities-developing actionable plans to ensure financial and operational health.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and external customers.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including new business pursuits, proposal development, and business case analyses.
  • Provide financial guidance and analysis for enterprise investments, system integrations, and other critical business activities.
