About The Position
The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer position at Humana is a critical role within the Enterprise Operations Enablement (EOE) - CPSS Data & Analytics - BI team. This high-performing team is dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights that support Humana's Service Operations, particularly for Medicare organizations. The role involves developing and maintaining robust T-SQL queries and stored procedures, designing scalable data models, and utilizing Power Platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to create interactive dashboards and reports. In this position, the Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications that drive business performance improvements. The role also requires performing data analysis to identify trends and insights, presenting findings to leadership in a clear and concise manner, and mentoring junior team members by providing technical guidance and support. This position is essential for ensuring that the data-driven decisions made by the organization are based on accurate and insightful analytics, ultimately improving the customer experience and reducing administrative costs.
