About The Position

E-logic seeks a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to provide comprehensive knowledge and expertise in data analysis to the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC) program. This role is vital for converting complex HR and Payroll data into actionable insights for the agency's leadership.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and advanced data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions.
• Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and evaluate system performance.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for new BI initiatives.
• Evaluate current BI infrastructure and recommend major changes to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
