About The Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst owns the commercial data architecture that powers pipeline visibility, retention tracking, forecasting, and service-line expansion strategy. This role connects CRM, financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel, CRM (Salesforce) reporting, and dashboard development expertise
  • Experience connecting operational performance data to commercial strategy
  • Strong executive communication capability
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferably in healthcare research/analytics or growth/business development); equivalent education/experience combinations accepted; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–8+ years in healthcare analytics, strategy, or commercial analytics
  • BI & Visualization Expertise: 3+ years with BI solutions (Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics, or similar) including query performance tuning, BI development, and translating complex data into clear, executive-ready reports and dashboards.
  • Data Skills: 3+ years hands-on SQL proficiency; advanced Excel for medium-to-large datasets; basic DAX/Python and API-based ingestion/automation highly desirable.
  • Automation & Low-Code: Demonstrated experience with low-code digital and RPA tools; basic familiarity with PowerApps and SharePoint development a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain Experience (Preferred): 3+ years in sales/healthcare research and analytics; experience in healthcare operations or sales environments strongly favored; prior management of direct reports a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and executive leadership to define and execute data-driven research and analytics strategies that directly contribute to new revenue growth and market expansion. Translate performance and sales metrics, investigations, and findings into tangible insights for delivering compelling proposals, optimizing growth. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently monitor progress, identifying areas for intervention for maximizing business impact.
  • Proactively investigate and communicate emerging trends in existing partnerships, identifying root causes of performance fluctuations and recommending strategic follow-up actions to capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Own the quarterly partner metrics database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Using Power BI, develop and integrate key performance metrics into partner review presentations. Create and prepare analytical data packages to support partner expansion opportunities and executive-level strategic presentations.
  • Seamlessly integrate data across disparate systems and applications to deliver unified analytics and reporting, revealing actionable insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for business intelligence by region, system and account, and content delivery through Power BI dashboards, and other streamlined reporting systems, then collaborate with marketing and product teams on findings.
  • Leverage external data platforms and APIs to acquire, cleanse, and structure massive datasets for analytical and modeling initiatives. Continuously master cutting-edge tools in the data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Assist with Master Data Management (MDM) governance where needed, including logistical insights into data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the Growth teams with data requirements for programmatic expansion, ensuring that new service lines and offerings are positioned for growth.
  • Be an analytics resource during pitch presentations.
  • Use data to assess market and account demand, ensuring that offerings are both commercially viable and operationally scalable.
  • Assist in leveraging insights from key stakeholders to refine and evolve offerings.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft effective value propositions for new services and markets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies to identify high-potential leads and contract opportunities, utilizing a variety of data sources and analytical tools.
  • Provide critical data analysis and insights to support the development of compelling business proposals, marketing content, and presentations.
  • Synthesize complex hospital performance metrics and facilitate internal data requests to create impactful narratives for existing and potential clients.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from executive leadership and internal stakeholders for in-depth data analysis, visualizations, commentary, and strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
