The Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) team at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in advancing the planning and development of Dana-Farber's Future Cancer Hospital (FCH). Dana-Farber's Future Cancer Hospital will be a state-of-the-art facility designed to expand inpatient capacity, enhance patient-centered care, and integrate cutting-edge cancer treatments with innovative clinical and operational workflows to meet the growing needs of patients and their families. This position will focus on leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize clinical operations, and enhance patient care in alignment with the vision for Dana-Farber's Future Cancer Hospital. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders to address critical questions related to the transition, design, operations, and patient experience of the new hospital, ensuring data-driven insights guide every step of the process. This role is hybrid with the expectation of being on site 1-2 days per week.
