About The Position

This role will be part of a team that analyzes complex business problems and issues using data to provide strategic insights. This role is expert in both operations and the technology that supports the business. Responsible for understanding and owning the systems that support the business, driving value, and providing continuous improvement across the IT application landscape. In addition, this role will be responsible for partnering with business users and IT partners to organize and define business requirements for solutions that support complex business processes.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in related field
5+ years minimum business intelligence analyst experience
Proficient with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Office products
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
Ability to visualize and communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way
Strong customer focus, with a passion for analytics and product quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions

Responsibilities

Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets and recommend actions and solutions
Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
Communicate results of business intelligence analysis to management in a clear, relevant way.
Participate in cross-functional teams to identify business risks and create analytics and dashboards to monitor trends.
Collaborate and strategize with the business intelligence team to improve efficiencies across the organization.
Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Strong understanding of respective functional areas and how they interact with upstream and downstream processes.
Facilitates meetings with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends solutions.
Acts as liaison between end users and developments teams; ensuring technology supports business objectives.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and establish data governance practices.
