About The Position
The position involves leading the development and implementation of comprehensive business intelligence solutions for the Lottery Insights group and FL SGEP. The role requires utilizing tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and design dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. Additionally, the role includes conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization and improvement. The candidate will also be responsible for developing advanced Excel models using complex formulae, querying and manipulating large datasets with SQL, and maintaining key analytic products relied upon within the organization. Proactive generation of insights based on evaluations of the lottery marketplace is expected, along with effective communication of findings to stakeholders and the preparation of presentations for leadership.
