The Role We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join Presidio’s Services Finance organization. This role will be instrumental in turning financial and operational data into business insight — supporting executives, finance leaders, and business units with analytics that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth. You’ll own the design and evolution of our financial dashboards, performance metrics, and automated reporting infrastructure. This is a high-visibility position that sits at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Data, helping leadership understand key performance drivers across Presidio’s technology and services portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or FP&A analytics — ideally in a technology, SaaS, or consulting environment.
  • Strong expertise with Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) and advanced SQL for querying and modeling data.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key profitability metrics.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into concise insights for executive audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or supporting a tech services or digital transformation business model.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data environments such as Azure, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Working knowledge of DAX, Python, or Excel Power Query.
  • Experience with OneStream or a similar finance platform
  • Experience building finance data models supporting forecasting, cost management, and margin optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards that deliver insights on revenue, margins, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to define and standardize key financial KPIs across the enterprise.
  • Leverage data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to make complex financial data clear and actionable for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring financial reports and streamline manual processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure data governance and integrity across finance systems, collaborating with IT on warehouse structures and pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, BigQuery).
  • Support strategic initiatives such as digital transformation.
  • Advise on data strategy within Finance, including how to integrate predictive analytics and AI for forecasting.
