The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – People Analytics plays a critical role in advancing Dollar Tree’s enterprise workforce insights ecosystem. This position is designed as a senior/principal‑level individual contributor, combining deep analytical expertise with strategic leadership in people analytics innovation, technology enablement, and scalable operating model design. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and influence, this role partners closely with leaders across HR, Operations, and the broader business to understand strategic objectives, translate them into clear analytics and data requirements, and deliver actionable insights that inform both strategic and operational decision‑making. In addition to delivering advanced analytics, this role helps modernize and scale the People Analytics function. Responsibilities include shaping and prioritizing analytics and technology use cases, piloting emerging capabilities (including AI, automation, and modern data platforms), and leading adoption efforts that deliver measurable business impact. The role serves as a thought partner to People Analytics leadership, helping define standards, best practices, and future‑state capabilities across the analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings exceptional analytical and business acumen, fluency in modern HR and enterprise data environments, and a strong track record of translating complex data and technology into practical, high‑value solutions that drive decision‑making and organizational progress.
