The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Finance will produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. The role involves devising methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources, developing and maintaining dashboards, apps, and reports by translating functional requirements into easy-to-use, flexible outputs. The analyst will act as a point of contact for worldwide finance business partners requesting new reports, enhancements to existing reports, and advice on best practices in report development. Responsibilities also include balancing business requirements with technical feasibility, determining the size of requests, and communicating priorities to management. The analyst will conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and establish design guidelines and best practices. The position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools and practices, presenting information through reports and visualizations, and developing standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements. Effective communication and strategic thinking are essential, as well as the ability to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States, with telecommuting permitted.

  • Four (4) years of experience in business intelligence/data science-related occupation.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) or programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with database management systems such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Microsoft SQL Server.
