We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced, dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses to develop appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees. Our fast-paced business immigration practice offers an opportunity for a Senior Business Immigration Counsel to work with our Austin, TX-based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. Requirements
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in their primary state of residence.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.
- Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Must be well-organized with the capacity to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
- Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.
