About The Position
This Senior Business Finance Officer position at Prosper Portland, the city's economic and urban development agency, will be responsible for underwriting the full range of business and commercial real estate loans. This specific position will be the primary contact and loan officer for business owners and developers seeking financing from the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) and Multnomah County's Property Fit loan programs. Individuals with a lending background in clean energy commercial and multifamily construction projects, including energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, are encouraged to apply. The Climate Investment Plan ('CIP'), developed with significant community engagement and input, is the PCEF program's five-year plan to guide the program's investments in community-led and informed projects that reduce carbon emissions, create economic opportunity, help make our city more resilient and prepared for a changing climate, and support the City's goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
