About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to be part of their Change Management team within Auto, Product, Analytics, and Digital Innovation (PADI) group in Consumer Lending. This involves supporting the Auto Originations and Servicing groups with ensuring non-technical change is managed in accordance with Enterprise, Consumer Lending, and internal Auto policy, procedure, and controls applicable to managing change. This role also supports the delivery of large, complex, cross-product and product area initiatives. Wells Fargo's Consumer Lending line of business includes Home Lending, Auto, Credit Cards, Retail & Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Consumer Lending Control, and Consumer Lending Shared Services. The PADI team solves our business' problems by building product solutions that result in Auto's overall growth, process efficiency, improved customer experiences and effective risk management.
