About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in the Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) group in the Shared Services Operations (SSO) under the Chief Operations Office (COO). This Business Execution Associate role will be responsible for vendor payments and partner expense recovery entries for the business unit. Position will assist with commercial and residential valuation methodologies ensuring impacts and benefits are understood and optimized with successful outcomes ensured and milestones met. This position will work closely with REVS residential and commercial operational, valuation, and oversight teams to ensure overall cost and operational efficiencies are understood, achieved and maintained. This position will also serve as the primary liaison to internal REVS operational partners, internal line of business partners, and external valuation providers. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and soundness of the residential vendor payment and partner allocation processes including monitoring the effectiveness of the RCSA related backend payment controls. The associate also resolves residential AMC payment inquiries and serves as the primary residential vendor payment liaison to Wells Fargo Accounts Payable. Responsibilities will include identification and assessment of upfront root cause payment related issues and collaboration with operational partners on solutioning.
