About The Position

Bulletproof, a GLI company, is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative based in Fredericton or Moncton, NB. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative office environment and possess top-notch communication skills. This role is crucial for generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and creating a robust pipeline for our Account Executives. The BDR team is the heartbeat of our business growth, and we are looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and a positive example for junior team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales development.
  • Open to continuous learning and coachable.
  • Acts as a positive example and mentor to junior business development representatives.
  • Highly motivated and success-driven in a team environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong objection handling skills.
  • IT industry experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify key target accounts.
  • Conduct research to compile contact lists for campaigns.
  • Execute multi-step sales campaigns.
  • Align messaging with target audiences and their challenges.
  • Source SQLs through outbound calls, emails, and inbound follow-up.
  • Gather customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies.
  • Leverage marketing, partner, and sales assets.
  • Meet activity and opportunity quotas.
