Job Overview: The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads to drive new business opportunities for Findhelp. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and relationship-building, with a focus on setting up qualified opportunities for the sales team to close. The BDR will engage in high-volume, high-quality outreach to prospects, leveraging prospecting best practices and CRM tools to ensure successful handoffs to Account Executives (AEs), Senior Account Executives (SAEs), and Regional Directors (RDs). They will be accountable for achieving a quota of Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) within their designated territory.
