Requirements

  • Proven Track Record of individual sales success in either the hospitality industry or capital equipment sector.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate with autonomy, take initiative, and grow a market.
  • Strategic Acumen to craft effective go-to-market strategies and pivot when needed.
  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills to engage and influence decision-makers in premium hospitality venues.
  • Strong Commercial and Relationship-Building Skills to foster trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
  • Direct Reporting Experience working closely with executive leadership on growth-focused agendas is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to drive direct business growth across the US.
  • Identify new opportunities within the hospitality sector, leveraging existing networks and forging new partnerships.
  • Expand the client’s footprint by actively prospecting and converting new clients, particularly within fine dining, luxury hotels, and other premium hospitality venues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global CEO to ensure the alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Establish long-term client relationships and sustainable revenue streams.
  • Continuously refine market approaches based on data insights, customer feedback, and emerging industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and insights to the Board.
  • Maintain a clear pipeline of opportunities and deliver consistent, measurable sales results.

Benefits

  • Salary range: Up to $120,000 depending on network, skills, and experience.
  • Bonus Structure: This will be dependent on the growth of the business versus the current sales and income.
