Are you an experienced business development professional who enjoys traveling and helping customers solve challenges? Vector Construction works across the United States with Industrial clients to solve concrete challenges – repairing, restoring and strengthening concrete to extend the service life of concrete within industrial environments. We are growing our team in the Central US by adding an experienced sales professional to manage and develop customer relationships and project pursuits. The person taking on this role will be based in our Decatur, Illinois office and will work to develop key customer relationships primarily in the upper Midwest and South-Central US, and as needed in other regions where these customers have plants. The Industrial Business Development Manager will focus on growing key industrial accounts, and on a day-to-day basis will conduct customer meetings, deliver presentations, help develop proposals and ultimately be responsible for helping the business achieve its Industrial sales goal in the United States. The is a road warrior role with travel anticipated to be 60 to 80%.
