Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner strategy
5+ years of experience with commercial negotiations and working with procurement and legal teams
3+ years of experience in the data center industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience developing pipelines, proposals, and long-term customer agreements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

Support implementation of go-to-market strategy and business development activities
Build and manage a pipeline of customers including hyper-scale, colocation, industrial, and government sectors
Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and strategic engagement
Evaluate utility rate structures to inform customer proposals
Develop proposals and support negotiations for power agreements and long-term contracts
Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events
Manage marketing and sales campaigns, including webinars and digital content
Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
Support land acquisition strategy for customer opportunities
Collaborate across teams to deliver the organization's value proposition
