The partnerships organization at LegalZoom is hiring a strategic leadership role focused on developing and managing the company's indirect sales channels, such as distributors, resellers, and partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through these channels by building strong relationships, implementing strategies, and optimizing performance. This role involves setting sales targets, providing training to a team of direct reports, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.   • Contribute to development and implementation of comprehensive channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
  • Cold outreach to build pipeline, meet sales and outreach targets, monitor ongoing performance, and provide guidance and support to channel partner managers and team to ensure we are achieving our goals.
  • Contribute to training programs to educate your cross functional team and partners on products, sales processes, and best practices.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, engineering, customer care and sales operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel strategies.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize channel performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company and partners.
  • 6-8 years of strategic channel partnerships, analytical and/or sales experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience, with comfort in PowerPoint Presentations/Google Docs to Senior Leadership
  • Salesforce and/or related CRM experience
  • Relationship skills that allow for internal cross functional engagement and influence with external partners
  • Comfort with data manipulation, visualization and analysis. Adept at collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data to support strategies and communications internally and externally
  • The ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results clearly, succinctly and confidently in verbal and written communications
  • Some experience with Project Management software such as JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence or related.
  • Incredibly responsive and solution-oriented - operate at a high tempo and has an unrelenting drive to see efforts through to positive impacts on our customers and partners
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - able to successfully manage and prioritize numerous projects with minimal to no oversight
