As a Senior Business Development Executive, you are responsible for actively leveraging and building your network to drive both relationships and revenue. You’ll win high-quality consulting engagements that enable VGV's growth and expand our portfolio of marketable work. You’ll build and nurture relationships with target customers, identify opportunities, engage with clients face to face (travel is required), and lead the sales process end-to-end. You have excellent abilities to break down client problems (challenger sales process), and navigate client organizations to ensure VGV has pole position to any opportunity we are pursuing. You’ll lead efforts to identify opportunities, build strong networks, and close high-impact consulting engagements. This role requires a mix of strategic insight, relationship-building, and a proactive approach to the sales cycle.
