The Digital Adoption & Customer Success organization accelerates the adoption and usage of digital products, delivering measurable value to Cat Dealers and Customers, and driving a customer-centric approach through enhanced management and impact measurement. The role focuses on developing actionable insights to drive the adoption of digital products and supporting the execution of customer adoption campaigns in close collaboration with our dealers and customers facing teams. It involves gathering and documenting user requirements, contributing to the development and testing of new services or approaches, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
