The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes associated with onboarding and supporting customers. This role will work closely with the operations team to understand their needs as well as the engineering team to develop requirements and throughout the software development cycle. This person has prior experience with software-as-a-service (SAAS) distribution models. The Senior Business Analysis will become the go-to subject matter expert on implementing and supporting the product(s).
