About The Position
The Sr. Business Analyst at The Krusteaz Company is responsible for evaluating and analyzing activities on a medium to large scale, streamlining projects and programs, and intuitively shaping and crafting solutions based on a deep understanding of the company's business needs. This position requires experience in Human Resources, Payroll processes, and HRIS systems. This role emphasizes business processes that require applied experience and a proven track record of implementing industry best practices. Additionally, the candidate must possess a strong aptitude to support other business areas within a food manufacturing company beyond HR and Payroll. This position requires advanced business analysis, application support, and assistance to business users in identifying and evaluating new systems and procedures. Duties may include project management and business analysis, systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that support various business processes within the food manufacturing sector.
