Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources, analyze complex business operations and provide strategies to simplify and enhance the client experience.
• Create new or update existing documentation for initiatives and enhancements to systems, tools and processes.
• Work with several business units and present solutions, requirements and status updates.
• Collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
• Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
• Recommend solutions for general business processes and planning based on an in-depth understanding of the company structure, policies and procedures.
• Develop project improvement scopes by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs.
• Assess trends and develop actionable insights based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources.
• Leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve solutions results.
