Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum), with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and experience with system integrations. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation. Experience with Microsoft tools for reporting and data visualization.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and conduct thorough gap and impact analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in conducting meetings with business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements.
• Proven track record of collaborating with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog and manage scope effectively.
• Familiarity with business process management and cloud technologies.
• Previous experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Analyze current business processes (as-is) and design improved processes (to-be), identify inefficiencies and gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and experiences throughout business processes.
• Partner with development teams and solution architects to transform business needs into functional specifications, including user interfaces, business rules, and data requirements.
• Create clear, detailed documentation such as functional design specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams, ensuring they are accessible to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience assisting Product Owners in project planning, roadmap development, and estimations to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring that all solutions meet business requirements and quality standards, and facilitate the resolution of any identified issues.
• Serve as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams, fostering effective communication and ensuring requirements are well understood and executed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development of best practices that promote efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
