Business Analysts work to fully understand the business needs and objectives of a technology initiative, translating this understanding into tangible, documented user stories. This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements, documents business processes, and identifies improvements to enhance operational efficiency. This position holds foundational knowledge of core business processes and ensures business requirements are successfully implemented into technology solutions. This position is also highly engaged in addressing clarification questions from Engineering while aligning with business colleagues to ensure applications are designed to match requirements from the business units. The Senior Business Analyst brings Business Analyst best practices to the BRM team. This role works with business leaders to ensure clarity on their business objectives while challenging assumptions. The Senior Business Analyst leads multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborates across TriNet business units to bring a holistic view of organizational priorities, goals, needs, and challenges. This position ensures that organizational priorities and outcomes are clearly defined for each initiative, relying on data, metrics, and business relationships to develop accurate and complete use cases.
